• Network Configuration: DNS, DHCP, VPN — if it runs on packets, you’ll own it.

• Virtualization: Manage Hyper-V or VMware environments like a pro.

• Security & Patch Management: Stay ahead of threats with disciplined updates and audits.

• Backup & Recovery: Build resilience — ensure business continuity, no matter what.

• Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting: Identify bottlenecks. Eliminate them. Keep systems running at peak efficiency.
