We’re hiring a Warehousing and Planning Executive II (SCM) to join our global optical manufacturing operations in Lamphun.

This is a critical role at the intersection of production, warehousing, and international logistics, ensuring that finished goods flow efficiently from our manufacturing plant to the Global Distribution Center (GDC) — on time, every time.

⚙️ What You’ll Do

MITs Sterile Scheduling:

• Oversee MIT product output and sterilization scheduling for both routine and engineering testing.

• Coordinate with the Global Distribution Center to ensure on-time delivery of products and samples.

• Manage sterilization and outbound logistics to align with shipment plans.

• Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met for each shipment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete shipment plans and maintain operational flow.

• Supervise daily warehouse outbound activities within the Lamphun plant.

HSOT Planning:

• Monitor daily finished goods inventory at GDC and share updates with the planning and demand teams.

• Maintain and analyze order fulfillment data, forecast updates, and backorder reports.

• Update and manage production planning Power BI master data daily.

🧠 What You Bring

✔ 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, import/export, or production planning.
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Planning (or related field).
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reports and drive improvement.
✔ Technically proficient with solid planning and organizational capabilities.
✔ Computer literate, comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and planning systems.
