🎯 What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage medium-to-high complexity projects — from planning to execution and delivery.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

• Coordinate across business units, technical teams, and service providers to ensure project success.

• Track and monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and facilitate timely resolution.

• Conduct Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

• Remove blockers, coach teams, and ensure alignment with agile values and practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation and reports (status, budget, risk, issue logs).

• Enforce PMO governance, project standards, and quality frameworks consistently.

• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and team collaboration.

• Manage project change requests, ensuring all impacts are properly assessed and documented.

🧠 What You Bring

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
✔ 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or Insurance environments.
✔ Proven experience managing software development lifecycles, system migrations, and cloud-related projects.
✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; detail-oriented and organized.
✔ Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Scrum ceremonies.
✔ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.
✔ Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) are an added advantage.
✔ Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for productivity and efficiency improvements.
