We’re hiring a Customer Service Executive (Supply Chain Management) to join our world-class optical manufacturing team in Lamphun.

You’ll be the heartbeat of our customer and logistics operations — managing orders, ensuring timely delivery, and keeping communication crystal clear between customers, planners, and factories across regions.

⚙️ What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.

• Handle order management from start to finish — receiving, confirmation, allocation, stock reservation, price clarifications, tracking, and credit checks.

• Manage sales returns, credit notes, and incentives accurately.

• Coordinate with overseas factory operations to ensure on-time fulfillment.

• Collaborate closely with planning and logistics teams to maintain supply continuity.

• Generate key shipping documents — Pick List, Invoice, Packing List.

• Provide weekly customer order status updates and ensure clear communication.

• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your superior.

🧠 What You Bring

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics operations.
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills in English (written and spoken).
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
✔ High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
