We’re hiring a Validation Engineer to join our world-class optical manufacturing team in Lamphun.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll lead production validation activities — from capacity expansion and innovation to process optimization — ensuring that every improvement moves seamlessly from concept to mass production.

⚙️ What You’ll Do

• Lead validation activities for new processes, capacity expansion, and innovation initiatives.

• Own Change Control Requests (CCR) from initiation to full implementation in mass production.

• Conduct engineering tests, technical reports, and validation documentation.

• Update and maintain procedures, SOPs, and work instructions to improve efficiency and consistency.

• Support problem-solving tests and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with QA, Sustaining Engineering, SCM, and QLab teams to prevent quality escapes or misjudgments.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and environmental health & safety standards.

• Support non-conformance product management and preventive action planning.

🧠 What You Bring

✔ 1–5 years of experience in process validation, control, or improvement within a manufacturing environment.
✔ Background in validated industries — medical device or ISO 13485 environments preferred.
✔ Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills (Minitab knowledge a plus).
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Health disciplines (Industrial, Systems, Chemical, Food Science, or Pharmaceutical).
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with strong English proficiency.
✔ Proven leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.
✔ Experience in Lean manufacturing or process optimization is an advantage.
