⚙️ What You’ll Do

• Lead data migration analysis, strategy, and planning from end to end.

• Partner with data owners, architects, and integration teams to define and execute migration frameworks.

• Assess effort, build cost-effective, reusable migration models, and scale them regionally.

• Drive data quality, validation, and reconciliation to ensure clean and compliant migrations.

• Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to key stakeholders and program leadership.

• Define go-live strategies, manage cutovers, and ensure a smooth transition to target systems.

• Apply proven methods for data mapping, cleansing, and test validation to achieve flawless accuracy.

🧠 What You Bring

✔ 10–12 years of IT experience, with strong exposure to data migration or technical leadership.
✔ Proven track record managing large-scale policy administration system migrations in the insurance domain.
✔ Strong understanding of life insurance operations — from policy servicing and claims to customer experience and distribution.
✔ Proficient in ETL tools, SQL, and data validation frameworks.
✔ Deep understanding of data dependencies and integration touchpoints around policy admin systems.
✔ Ability to lead regional delivery models and design scalable, reusable solutions.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with DXC / LifeAsia / GroupAsia platforms.

• Hands-on experience supporting data engineering teams with design and troubleshooting.
