This isn’t a maintenance role — it’s architecture in motion.
You’ll steer one of the most critical modernizations in the business: migrating from relational Oracle systems to document-based MongoDB, while shaping an Azure-native analytics platform that powers insight, compliance, and confidence.

⚙️ What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise data architecture — from strategy to execution.

• Design, govern, and implement scalable data models that support real-time analytics and reporting.

• Oversee cutover, dual-run, reconciliation, and rollback strategies to ensure BI system stability.

• Architect and optimize data flow across Oracle → MongoDB → Azure analytics stack.

• Collaborate with business leaders, BI teams, and technical leads to align architecture with outcomes.

• Manage data lineage, governance, and cataloging using Purview or equivalent tools.

• Champion best practices in dimensional modeling and enterprise data design.

🧠 What You Bring

✔ Deep knowledge of insurance data models — policy, claims lifecycle, and product/LOB structures
✔ Expert in Oracle SQL and MongoDB schema design
✔ Proven experience in Azure analytics tools — Data Factory, Synapse/SQL, Data Lake
✔ Skilled in BI modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas)
✔ Strong track record in cutover, reconciliation, and rollback planning
✔ Familiar with data governance and lineage tools (e.g., Purview)
✔ Exceptional communication skills — able to translate data strategy into business clarity
