We’re hiring an Integration Platform Engineer (MuleSoft Expert) to join a leading insurance technology team in Kuala Lumpur.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives at the intersection of platform management, API security, and automation.

You’ll be responsible for keeping MuleSoft — the backbone of enterprise connectivity — secure, stable, and high-performing.
From Flex Gateway deployments to OAuth/OpenID security, from container orchestration on OpenShift to Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) automation, you’ll make sure every integration stays airtight and lightning-fast.

⚙️ What You’ll Do

• Deploy, configure, and manage MuleSoft Flex Gateway and API Manager (ACM)

• Provide daily operations support, troubleshooting, and maintenance

• Manage certificate lifecycles, SSL configurations, and API security (OAuth, OpenID)

• Support incident, problem, and change management activities

• Administer and patch systems across Linux (Red Hat) environments

• Manage workloads in Docker/OpenShift and automate using Terraform, ArgoCD, Tekton, or Kino

• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations aligned with business and DevOps standards

• Deliver clear documentation and drive continuous platform improvement

🧠 What You Bring

✔ 3–5 years hands-on experience in MuleSoft platform management
✔ Deep expertise in FlexGateway and API Manager (ACM)
✔ Strong understanding of API security standards (OAuth, OpenID)
✔ Proficiency in Docker, OpenShift, and Linux administration
✔ Skilled in Linux shell scripting and process management
✔ Familiar with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, ArgoCD, Tekton, Kino
✔ Strong troubleshooting, delivery, and documentation discipline

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON, Java

• Familiarity with networking concepts (firewalls, load balancers, VIPs)

• Understanding of certificate lifecycle management

• Tools exposure: SOAPUI, Postman, GitHub/Subversion

• Willingness to work beyond standard hours when needed
