In this role, you’ll guide a talented cross-functional team within the insurance industry, helping them turn complexity into clarity through structure, agility, and collaboration.
You’ll facilitate every sprint, clear every roadblock, and ensure that every iteration delivers real business value — not just story points.

⚙️ What You’ll Do
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide the team and organization on Agile best practices.
Track and communicate velocity, sprint progress, and delivery health.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure delivery momentum.
Coordinate across cross-functional and external teams to keep alignment strong.
Manage hybrid delivery models (Agile + Waterfall) where needed.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
🧠 What You Bring
✔ 7 years+ of experience as a Scrum Master
✔ Proven success in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) environments
✔ Exposure to Waterfall or hybrid project delivery
✔ Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
✔ Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments
🎯 Certification (CSM, PSM) and familiarity with SAFe are strong advantages
