You’ll be the cornerstone of cybersecurity operations — designing, hardening, and defending the core IP and radio network infrastructure that powers critical communication systems.

⚙️ What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end network and cybersecurity operations for mission-critical systems.

Configure and secure enterprise firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and high-availability network architectures.

Strengthen database security (MS SQL, MySQL) — from access control to encryption.

Drive regulatory audit readiness with NACSA, JDN, or MKN and other security bodies.

Develop and challenge security policies and frameworks to balance protection with operational agility.

Automate and optimize security processes using Python or SOAR tools to eliminate manual inefficiencies.

Collaborate across teams to align cybersecurity strategy with real-world business operations.
🧠 What You Bring
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
✔ 5+ years of focused experience in Network Security & IT Infrastructure
✔ Deep, hands-on expertise with:
- TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network design
- Firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet), IDS/IPS, and VPNs
✔ Experience in TETRA, 4G, or 5G radio network environments
✔ Proven success managing security audits with NACSA, MKN, or government agencies
✔ Strong grasp of database hardening, encryption, and access control
✔ Certified professional — CISSP, CISM, or CCNP Security (mandatory)
✔ Skilled in Python scripting for automation and log analysis
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills for high-stakes, cross-functional collaboration
