We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Lead who can turn complex projects into seamless execution. Someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, leadership, and delivery discipline — ensuring every system migration, integration, and rollout runs like a well-oiled machine.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the delivery — coordinating developers, analysts, engineers, and vendors — while keeping an eye on time, cost, and quality.
⚙️ What You’ll Do

Act as the central point of contact for all project activities and delivery matters.

Manage day-to-day operations across cross-functional teams with Scrum Master support.

Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Provide technical leadership and direction for system integration, data migration, and system development projects.

Identify and mitigate risks — with contingency plans always ready.

Communicate proactively with project owners on status, risks, and decisions.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external deliverables.

Implement project controls and conduct regular performance reviews.

Drive continuous improvement in execution, process, and technical delivery.

Foster collaboration across global teams to deliver complex international solutions.
🧠 What You Bring
✔ 10+ years experience in software project delivery within IT consulting or large-scale enterprise environments.
✔ Proven leadership in system migration and complex software delivery.
✔ Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall & Agile).
✔ Advanced proficiency in MS Access, Excel & VBA Macros, SharePoint, InfoPath forms, Business Objects.
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ PMP certification and experience setting up or supporting PMO/CoE functions (especially in financial institutions).
✔ Skilled with MS Visio, UML, and MS Project.
✔ DXC technology or system migration experience is a strong plus.
