🧭 Own the Execution Engine Behind Indonesia’s BaaS Revolution

As Senior PMO, you won’t just manage projects—you’ll govern the transformation of Islamic Banking-as-a-Service across one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic markets.

Working side-by-side with Product, Tech, Compliance, and Regulators (OJK & Bank Indonesia), you'll track progress, tame risk, and make sure execution turns into impact—on time, on budget, and without surprises.

🧱 What You’ll Drive:

• Lead programme governance across Indonesia BaaS initiatives—ensuring all workstreams hit deadlines, budgets, and quality standards

• Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, and dependency maps

• Proactively manage programme risks, issues, and mitigation plans

• Act as the central coordination point between internal teams and external stakeholders (partners, regulators, vendors)

• Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates

• Support regulatory governance by aligning with OJK and Bank Indonesia expectations

• Recommend process improvements for delivery frameworks, communication flows, and reporting systems

✅ What You Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in programme management or PMO roles, ideally in fintech, banking, or digital platforms

• Strong organisational skills and comfort with multi-project coordination

• Familiarity with banking regulatory environments—especially in Indonesia

• Clear, concise communicator who can present complex updates to C-level stakeholders

• Experience working with cross-functional teams: product, engineering, compliance, operations

• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and modern reporting tools

• Bonus: Exposure to BaaS, embedded finance, or Islamic finance principles
