This is your opportunity to shape the commercial engine of Southeast Asia’s first Islamic Banking-as-a-Service platform.
As the Head of Commercial Partnerships & Acquisitions, you'll lead our go-to-market expansion by identifying, negotiating, and nurturing strategic B2B partnerships with fintechs, digital platforms, retail giants, and ecosystem players.
You won't just sign deals—you'll shape co-branded financial products, design partner value propositions, and accelerate platform growth at scale.
🔑 What You’ll Own:

Identify and onboard strategic B2B partners (fintechs, superapps, retailers, telcos, etc.)

Negotiate commercial agreements, including revenue sharing, fee models, and joint GTM terms

Drive co-creation of embedded finance products across savings, payments, lending, and more
-
Lead the pitch-to-launch journey with partners—business case, integration, rollout

Collaborate with Product & Tech to ensure partner alignment and roadmap fit

Explore and execute book-of-business acquisitions or embedded distribution deals

Define partner KPIs, track performance, and own relationship success

Represent the BaaS brand at industry events, forums, and ecosystem gatherings
🧠 What You Bring:

8+ years in commercial, partnerships, or business development roles in fintech, banking, or tech
-
Proven record of building B2B alliances or channel partnerships
-
Strong understanding of embedded finance, digital banking, or platform distribution models
-
Comfortable with financial modeling, deal structuring, and complex negotiations
-
Experience navigating product/tech teams to align GTM execution
-
Executive presence to represent the brand at C-level conversations and forums
-
Bonus: exposure to Islamic finance, compliance models, or syariah-aligned product strategy
