As the iBaaS Business Unit Head, you won’t just be managing products—you’ll be building Indonesia’s first digital BaaS (Banking-as-a-Service) movement aligned with Shariah principles. From Q4 tech launch to Q1 market activation, you will lead the way.

🌟 Your Mission:

Lead the Indonesian BaaS project from Tech Live (Q4 2025) to Market Live (Q1 2026)

Drive end-to-end delivery of MVP rollouts, from strategy to execution

Scale the BaaS unit, ensuring alignment with group strategy and Shariah compliance

Collaborate with partners to onboard and launch services on the BaaS platform

Oversee customer acquisition, adoption, and engagement strategies
-
Engage with C-level stakeholders, regulators, and transformation committees

Direct and mentor the in-country delivery teams across functions

Monitor fintech trends and adapt the strategy to stay ahead of the curve
