We're launching a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform rooted in Shariah-compliance, agility, and scale. As our Head of Product, you won’t just manage features—you’ll shape an entire ecosystem that empowers fintechs, neobanks, and next-gen Islamic financial products across Southeast Asia.
🧭 What You’ll Drive:

Own the full product lifecycle for our BaaS offerings—from idea to MVP to scale

Define and iterate our product strategy and roadmap

Align tightly with compliance to ensure Shariah-compliant, market-ready solutions

Translate partner and user needs into elegant, API-first financial products
-
Collaborate with Tech, Delivery, GTM, and Commercial squads across functions

Manage trade-offs across time, scope, and value—you decide what gets built, and why

Establish and track product KPIs: activation, retention, monetization, satisfaction

Lead product governance meetings and represent product in board-level decisions
🎯 What You Bring to the Table:

8–12 years of experience in product management, ideally in fintech or digital banking
-
Experience owning API-led or embedded finance products
-
Proven record of shipping and scaling MVPs into revenue-generating products
-
Deep empathy for users—balanced with commercial instinct and market awareness
-
Strong understanding of digital banking ecosystems, open finance, or BaaS
-
Knowledge of Islamic finance is a plus (but a passion for purpose-led tech is a must)

Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team communication skills
