🔍 What You’ll Own:

• Design and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts

• Manually test apps (and throw in automation where it counts)

• Identify, document, and track defects like a hawk

• Collaborate directly with devs, BAs, and project stakeholders

• Mentor juniors and lead quality conversations

• Deliver clear, meaningful test reports and QA documentation

🎯 What You Bring:

• 6–7 years of hands-on QA experience, with a focus on manual testing

• Strong insurance domain knowledge and understanding of enterprise apps

• Proficiency in test management tools and automation frameworks

• Sharp analytical mind with eagle-eye attention to detail
