If you’ve got 4–5 years of end-to-end manual testing experience, understand both General & Life Insurance systems, and take pride in owning the entire QA lifecycle — this role is built for you.
๐งฐ Your Mission:

Design, execute, and document complete test cycles: Functional, Integration, E2E, UAT

Own and build test plans, RTMs, and defect triage reports

Analyze root causes of escaped defects and turn lessons into future safeguards
-
Collaborate across teams (Biz, SIT, Dev) for handshake testing and quality reviews
-
Provide structure and consistency through clearly documented QA processes
๐ What We’re Looking For:

4–5 years of QA experience (Manual Testing)
-
Proficiency with Postman, SoapUI, SQL, and defect management tools like Jira
-
Knowledge of insurance applications (Life & General) is a must
-
Experience working in Agile/Scrum & SDLC environments
-
Solid skills in metrics reporting, traceability, and performance QA
-
Excellent communicator with a sharp eye for process compliance and detail
