As a Program/Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading and implementing effective governance frameworks to drive end-to-end program delivery. You’ll be the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and high-quality outcomes.
🛠 Key Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software development and system integration projects

Lead project governance, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication

Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, and resources

Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and implement change control

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success

Provide regular project status updates and ensure stakeholder satisfaction

Ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards

Deliver large-scale technology projects using suitable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Computer, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields

Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project/program management or governance

Strong background in application development, system integration, and SDLC
-
Experience in Telco industry preferred, especially with CRM, Billing Systems, or Business Intelligence

Hands-on experience in technical solutioning

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Project management certifications (e.g., PMI-PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable

Proficient in English (written and spoken)
