📈 Support partner onboarding & provide platform training
🛠 Troubleshoot partner issues and manage inquiries via email, phone, and chat
🗂 Maintain internal knowledge bases and CRM accuracy

📊 Monitor performance metrics and share insights with internal teams
🎓 Deliver engaging partner training sessions on features, tools, and best practices
✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience
✔ 1+ year experience in sales support or operations (preferably in a BPO setting)
✔ Strong knowledge of sales processes and partner lifecycle management
✔ Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and ticketing platforms
✔ Fluent Korean language skills + English proficiency (B2 level minimum)
✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Strong troubleshooting, organization, and multitasking abilities
✔ Experience delivering partner or client training
