🎓 Conduct training on product features, updates, and systems
📞 Maintain regular, professional communication via calls, email, and platforms
✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience
✔ 1+ year of experience in sales support or operations (BPO environment preferred)
✔ Native or fluent in Japanese + English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
✔ Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce and ticketing platforms
✔ Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
✔ Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
✔ Experience delivering client/partner training sessions
