💰 Generate accurate and timely sales quotes based on customer needs & pricing rules
📈 Support pricing strategy development for new products, segments & promotions
📊 Maintain and update CRM pricing databases, tiers, and discount structures
🔍 Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and regulatory standards
🤝 Respond to pricing inquiries and assist sales teams with approvals and workflows
📑 Prepare reports and dashboards to track trends, KPIs, and pricing insights
✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience
✔ 1+ year of experience in sales pricing support or sales ops
✔ Native or fluent Japanese + English proficiency (min B2 level)
✔ Strong CRM knowledge (e.g., Salesforce) and quote generation workflows
✔ Strong understanding of pricing concepts (cost-plus, value-based, competitive)
✔ Excellent communication and coordination across departments
✔ Data-savvy with strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills
