🚀 What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead workshops, design system integration workflows, and validate technical specs
🔹 Drive development of FSD, IDD, Source-to-BA Mapping, and Configuration Requests
🔹 Manage requirements analysis, testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT), and post-go-live support
🔹 Liaise across business, tech, and vendor teams to ensure end-to-end delivery
🔹 Review variation orders, approve change requests, and finalize documentation
🔹 Provide go-live technical support and ensure solution alignment with IT standards
🔹 Maintain RTM, Interface Master Lists, and ensure traceability compliance
🔹 Stay ahead of new tech and ensure solution scalability & long-term value
🧠 Who We’re Looking For:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business IT or related field

📦 5+ years in banking SaaS solutions or CRM systems

🌥️ Strong experience with cloud-based systems & Microsoft D365

📃 Proven skills in SDLC, ARIS, functional specification creation

💬 Great at bridging business needs with technical specs

✅ Ability to plan, lead, and drive change across teams

📊 Understands cost optimization (OPEX/CAPEX) in solution delivery

🔁 Experience supporting systems during warranty and transition periods

🧩 Familiar with Microsoft D365 Sales module (highly preferred)
