🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide expert-level support and development for AMLA banking systems

Analyze business requirements and propose custom AML/CFT solutions

Lead SDLC—from coding, testing (SIT/UAT), to deployment & post-launch support

Document workflows, manage incidents, and ensure system integrity

Ensure compliance with IT governance, SDLC, and regulatory standards

Act as a bridge between tech & compliance teams

Collaborate with vendors and internal IT units for enhancements and change requests

Drive initiatives in system upgrades, security compliance, and stakeholder reporting
💼 Your Toolkit Includes:
🧠 8–10 years in application development, preferably in banking
🔐 AML/CFT systems knowledge (regulations, tech tools, frameworks)
🧰 Web, middleware, and DB technologies (preferred: Docker, Kubernetes)
🧪 Testing & troubleshooting: SIT, UAT, regression, deployment planning
📈 Experience in stakeholder management and leading team initiatives
