🔧 Job Responsibilities
✅ Production Support & Incident Management
• L2 Support for AS400 systems
• Resolve job failures, system issues, and performance alerts
• Coordinate with developers and vendors to address incidents
✅ Job Scheduling & System Monitoring
• Manage batch jobs and monitor job queues
• Use automation to reduce manual processes
✅ Database & Application Maintenance
• Perform system health checks, backup, recovery, and performance tuning
• Maintain logs and ensure audit-readiness
✅ Integration & Middleware Support
• Troubleshoot issues involving SFTP, MQ, Direct Connect
• Ensure clean integration with external platforms
✅ Compliance & Disaster Recovery
• Uphold risk, audit, and IT security compliance
• Contribute to DR planning and execution
✅ Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Be the tech liaison between business users, IT teams & 3rd-party vendors
• Own incident reporting and service improvement reviews
📌 Requirements
🔸 Experience Level: 5–8 years in AS400 support (L2 Level)
🔸 Must Have Skills:
• AS400, COBOL, JCL, DB2
• Control-M or job scheduling tools
• SFTP/MQ/Direct Connect integration
• Stakeholder & vendor management
• Familiarity with audit controls and ITIL processes
🔸 Notice Period: Must be available within 45 days
