Are you a seasoned AS400 Developer ready to take your RPGLE and MQ skills to the next level? We're hiring for an on-site opportunity in Kuala Lumpur, where you'll play a critical role in payment system development across SWIFT, GIRO, RTGS, FAST, and PayNow protocols.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
✅ AS400 Development & Enhancement
• Design, develop, test, and maintain RPGLE, CL, and DB2/400 programs
• Enhance financial transaction applications and batch processing systems
✅ Payment Integration & Middleware
• Handle integration using SFTP, MQ, Direct Connect
• Troubleshoot and optimize banking interfaces & data exchanges
✅ Banking Transactions & Payment Processing
• Implement and support SWIFT, RTGS, GIRO, FAST, PayNow & local clearing
• Ensure full regulatory and security compliance
✅ Version Control & Release Management
• Use Aldon for deployment, code control & documentation
• Maintain structured release pipelines and rollback strategies
✅ System Performance Optimization
• Tune RPGLE applications, manage job queues, monitor system load
• Resolve production issues, improve system stability & uptime
✅ Audit, Risk & Compliance
• Enforce security policies, handle data integrity & traceability
• Assist during audit & compliance reviews
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
• Coordinate with QA, Analysts & DevOps for seamless deployments
• Provide L3 production support and ensure fast incident resolution
📌 Requirements
🔹 Experience Level: 6–10 Years (L2)
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
• RPGLE, CL, DB2/400
• MQ, SFTP, Control-M, JSON
• Aldon Version Control
• Payment System Experience (SWIFT, RTGS, GIRO, FAST, PayNow)
🔹 Domain: Banking / Financial Services
🔹 Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days
🔹 Language & Compliance: Understanding of ISO 8583, PCI-DSS, and audit processes
💰 Salary Range: Competitive (MYR-based, based on experience)
