Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance banking systems, including payment platforms, trading systems, and core banking integrations.

In this role, you will build and enhance backend applications using C++, perform system analysis, troubleshoot and debug production issues, and work on system integration, APIs, and backend services. You will also optimize performance, latency, and scalability, support deployment and release activities, and ensure systems remain stable, reliable, and secure in a banking-grade environment.

You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams, support incident management and root cause analysis, and contribute to platforms that operate under real pressure with no room for weak engineering.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in C++ development
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Multithreading / concurrency
  • STL and memory management
• Experience with:
  • Linux/Unix environments
  • Database systems such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
  • Messaging systems such as MQ or Kafka
• Familiarity with:
  • C / C++ in enterprise systems
  • API integration and distributed systems
  • Git version control
• Highly preferred domain exposure:
  • Payment systems / transaction processing
  • Core banking / trading systems
  • High-availability and disaster recovery setups
  • Mission-critical systems with low latency / high throughput
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
