Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Outsystem Developer Lead to drive the design, development, and enhancement of custom software solutions across systems and applications.
As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and improving software components using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs. You will act as a subject matter expert, manage and guide the team, and contribute to key technical and delivery decisions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components, conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback to improve team performance, and solve technical problems both within your team and across multiple teams. You will also stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development practices.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in OutSystems is required
- Expert proficiency in Azure Database is recommended
- Strong ability to design and implement innovative software solutions based on client requirements
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth system integration
- Experience conducting code reviews and improving team quality standards
- Ability to mentor junior team members and build a strong learning culture
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capability
