🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Build and manage document templates using Thunderhead Smart Communications

Design data-driven reports with JasperReports and Java backends

Develop scalable, reusable components that power business reporting

Translate business specs into clean, compliant, documented code

Integrate reports using XML/JSON, APIs, and databases like Oracle/DB2
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery
-
Own code quality: use SVN, Maven, Jenkins, and follow SDLC best practices
🧠 What You Bring

3–6 years in output management/reporting systems
-
Strong experience in Thunderhead NOW and JasperReports
-
Familiar with Crystal Reports, Java, Spring Boot, PL/SQL
-
Proficient in API integrations, JSON/XML, and data modeling
-
Experience in CI/CD pipelines (Maven + Jenkins)
-
Comfortable in Agile/Scrum workflows
-
Bonus: Exposure to insurance/financial services industry
