📌 Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and track test cases using test management tools (e.g., HPQC)

Prepare and maintain AML documentation to support issue and test tracking

Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders

Manage the defect life cycle, ensuring clear categorization, resolution, and documentation

Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization

Collaborate with development teams to align on testing and issue resolutions
✅ Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:

Experience with test management tools (HPQC or similar)

Familiarity with AML documentation practices

Strong knowledge of UAT workflows and defect management lifecycle

Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze test results

Strong communication skills to collaborate across technical and business teams

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:

Certifications in QA methodologies, testing tools, or process improvement

Background in a software testing or development support environment
