We're on the lookout for a motivated Junior Project Coordinator with a solid foundation in .NET technologies and database management. In this role, you’ll help bridge technical and business teams, support UAT and BBP activities, and contribute to functional specifications across agile insurance tech projects.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🧩 Technical Collaboration:
• Assist project teams with understanding and implementing tasks using ASP.NET, MVC API (C#)
• Support web development projects using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Manage and maintain MS SQL 2016+ objects including stored procedures and views
📋 Project Support & Documentation:
• Contribute to BBP (Business Blueprinting), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and drafting of functional specifications
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA to track deliverables
• Help document technical issues and communicate them clearly to all stakeholders
📈 Growth-Oriented Mindset:
• Learn and grow within an Agile delivery environment
• Provide hands-on support in coordinating tasks, testing, and status updates
✅ Required Skills & Experience:
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in a project coordination or technical support role
✔️ Hands-on knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
✔️ Familiar with MS SQL 2016+, including procedures and views
✔️ Experience supporting BBP, UAT, and functional documentation
✔️ Strong communication and time management skills
✔️ Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a consulting environment
