Job Description:
We are looking for a strong Team Lead Java professional to lead developers, drive project execution, and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

You will lead and manage a team of developers while also designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using Java Spring Boot. On the frontend, you will work with Angular to deliver responsive and dynamic user interfaces.

This role requires someone who can do more than just manage. You will conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams, optimize databases and queries, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to architecture discussions and technical planning. You will also ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of total IT experience
• Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+
• Expertise in Spring Boot
• Experience in REST APIs and Microservices architecture
• Strong experience in Angular
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience in responsive web application development
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
• Strong knowledge of SQL, performance tuning, and database design
• Proven experience in managing development teams
• Ability to mentor and guide team members
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, effort estimation, and sprint planning skills

Added Advantage:

• Experience in the Insurance industry
• Understanding of policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, and premium calculations
• Exposure to regulatory compliance and data security in insurance projects
