Job Description:
We are hiring for an IT Service Desk role through a virtual drive on 11 April for candidates who can join immediately.

This role is built for professionals who can handle user issues with confidence, communicate clearly over phone and email, and deliver real support in a high-demand enterprise environment. You will troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10, MS Office, Outlook, printers, and basic networking, while supporting users in a 24x7 shift model.

You will also be expected to understand customer needs quickly, provide accurate resolutions, and maintain strong service standards in a structured support environment. Candidates with experience in Windows-based OS, basic UNIX or Linux, and a customer-first mindset will stand out fast.

Job Requirements:

  • Only for immediate joiners
  • 2–4 years of experience in Service Desk / Helpdesk / Technical Support
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Clear telephone communication and strong email etiquette
  • Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Practical experience in the computing industry and corporate service-desk environment
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10 OS, MS Office, Outlook, printers, and basic networking
  • Experience with Windows-based operating systems and basic UNIX/Linux
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream
  • Contact Center experience is a plus
  • Technical training or industry certifications are an advantage
  • Must be open to 24x7 shifts / 7 days support model
