Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to support and drive banking-related projects, change requests, and service initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

In this role, you will assess Projects / CRs / ITSR & PIF, arrange discussions with business stakeholders to understand plans and requirements, refine and prioritize initiatives, and challenge requirement quality, robustness, and completeness. You will act as the central coordination point for High Level Cost, High Level Solution (HLS), and High Level Estimate (HLE) by working closely with Demand, Development, Delivery, Vendors, and internal teams to secure commitments and maintain timelines.

You will also coordinate preparation of TSW, TSD, and TSD Waiver documentation, support budgetary submission activities, and work closely with relevant teams on approvals and readiness. On delivery, you will monitor project and CR progression, resolve roadblocks independently, maintain reporting, and proactively highlight timeline and budget risks to stakeholders before they become problems.

This role requires someone who understands both banking business needs and IT delivery realities, and who can manage pressure without losing control.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Banking, Business IT, or equivalent
• Business Change Certification is preferred
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification is preferred
• Strong Project Management capability
• Typically requires at least 5 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or in an IT project management environment
• Good customer exposure and strong business acumen
• Strong understanding of the business and industry
• Strong knowledge in transaction banking operations, products, services, and technology such as Payment, Collection, Trade, and Security
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to gather requirements for service requests and escalated issues
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze critically, solve problems, initiate change, and take responsibility
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and prepare presentations
