Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution, go-live, and closure.

You will determine project approach, milestones, schedules, and detailed work plans, while defining iteration strategies and managing progress across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with infrastructure vendors covering hardware, operating systems, and databases, review requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives and SOW, and make sure commitments, plans, and changes are clearly communicated to all affected stakeholders.

This role requires strong control over project execution. You will track procurement, delivery, setup of new infrastructure, configuration of existing environments, vendor progress, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and budget versus schedule. You will produce weekly performance reports and monthly status reports, monitor design specifications, coordinate build activities, plan post-live support, facilitate project closure, and conduct benefit analysis for management review.

You will also lead collaboration across different teams and locations, provide direction to project resources, and ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned to quality expectations.

Job Requirements:

• 5–8 years of proven project management experience in IT
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure
• Previous experience as an Infrastructure Engineer is an advantage
• Experience in infrastructure foundational services such as Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Identity Access Management (IAM)
• Understanding of cloud foundational services including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
• Knowledge of infrastructure domains including server, storage, network, and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to facilitate and run effective meetings
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Strong planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Ability to lead infrastructure teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is an added advantage
