Job Description:
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer for the banking industry to design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable, and secure applications across both frontend and backend.

You will build responsive user interfaces using modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, while developing robust backend services and APIs using Java, Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies. You will contribute to solution design, technical architecture, microservices, third-party integrations, and application modernization.

This role also covers database design, SQL development, cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerization, orchestration, and production support. You will work closely with product owners, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders, participate in Agile ceremonies, conduct code reviews, and help build a high-performing engineering culture.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on full stack development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
• Strong frontend skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue, HTML5, CSS3, SASS
• Strong backend experience with at least one of: Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, .NET Core, Python
• Experience with REST, GraphQL, and microservices
• Strong understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation and Git workflows
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of OWASP, secure coding, performance optimization, and unit testing
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Added advantage:

• Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering, or micro-frontend architecture
• Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with Material UI, Ant Design, or other design systems
• Experience with financial or regulated enterprise systems
