The Opportunity
This is frontline IT support where you’re measured by:
First Call Resolution (FCR)
SLA/KPI discipline
customer experience
clean documentation and repeatable fixes
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide support via email, chat, phone (voice + non-voice)
Troubleshoot Windows + macOS and basic Linux
Handle Active Directory user ops (password resets, unlocks)
Work tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ITSM tools (SLA/KPI driven)
Troubleshoot networking basics: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN
Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, Google Workspace
Use remote tools: TeamViewer, RDP, Bomgar
Basic hardware troubleshooting: laptops/desktops/printers/scanners/mobile devices
Escalate to L2/L3 with clean diagnostics when required
Apply ITIL concepts (incident/request/problem)
Maintain documentation and contribute KB articles
What You Must Bring
✅ 4+ years IT support experience
✅ Strong troubleshooting mindset (FCR-focused)
✅ Windows + macOS support (basic Linux is a plus)
✅ AD basics + ITSM ticketing (ServiceNow preferred)
✅ Networking fundamentals + remote support tools
