The Opportunity
This is a full SDLC role — you’ll touch:
requirements → design → build → test
release to production
SLA-based maintenance and enhancements
You’ll learn fast because you’re involved end-to-end, not isolated to one phase.
What You’ll Be Doing
Gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specs
Design and code applications to functional/technical standards
Develop system specifications and interfaces for complex components
Produce operational documentation for the application
Provide primary support for production release installations
Maintain and enhance applications according to SLAs
Support new roll-outs, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance across the Service Delivery Lifecycle
Analyze, design, build, and test new components or enhancements
What You Must Bring
✅ Minimum 1 year software development experience (fresh grads may apply with strong foundation)
✅ Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering (software specialization)
✅ Good understanding of SDLC and development best practices
✅ Good English communication (written + verbal)
✅ Strong fundamentals: programming languages, operating systems, DBMS
✅ Passion for software development and willingness to learn fast
Technical Skills (What We’re Looking For)
.NET / C# / VB.NET (any .NET family skills)
SQL Server and basic data management skills
Web fundamentals: HTML
Exposure to JSP / ASP is a plus
