What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and execute automation test suites for Web + Mobile

• Perform technical testing aligned to Agile + SDLC

• Manage test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle with discipline

• Produce clear, precise reporting that speeds up fixes (not vague bug notes)

• Work independently while coordinating tightly with dev/BA/business teams

What You Must Bring (Non-Negotiable)

✅ 3–5 years automation testing experience
✅ Strong analytical + logical skills
✅ Strong understanding of Agile + SDLC
✅ Proficiency in technical testing
✅ Strong time/work planning
✅ Experience in test management + defect management
✅ Detail-oriented reporting (clear, precise, actionable)
✅ Tools exposure:

• Selenium

• Appium

• Sauce Labs

• Jira
  ✅ Excellent communication (written + verbal)
  ✅ Able to work independently
  ✅ Domain knowledge: General Insurance + Life Insurance
  ✅ Experience in Web and Mobile testing
