You’ll facilitate Agile delivery for data integration/ETL work — ensuring:
sprint goals are realistic
blockers are removed fast
stakeholders stay aligned
delivery stays predictable
What You’ll Be Doing
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, Retro
Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices (real practice, not theory)
Remove impediments and protect sprint focus
Align sprint goals with Talend developers + data teams
Track velocity, progress, and delivery timelines
Partner with Product Owners to refine backlog and prioritize tasks
Maintain clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement inside the team
What You Must Bring
✅ 4+ years as Scrum Master / Agile Project Coordinator
✅ Strong Agile + Scrum knowledge (hands-on)
✅ Experience working on data integration / ETL projects
✅ Exposure to Talend (Data Integration / ETL)
✅ Strong cross-functional coordination skills
✅ Excellent stakeholder management + communication
✅ Scrum certification (CSM / PSM) is a plus
