You’ll be the onsite Resident Engineer supporting HPE products at customer DCs in Bangi & Cyberjaya, with a clear start target: March 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing (Scope & Responsibilities)
Provide advisory on HPE product system health at customer DC; report errors to support teams
Perform daily monitoring and health checks:
review hardware system logs
monitor activity across HPE DC products
raise incidents via helpdesk and track to closure
Assist and advise on local inventory and maintenance status of HPE products
Advise on firmware levels and patch recommendations
Proactively track and record firmware compliance:
ensure DC equipment stays on latest approved firmware
maintain records of firmware versions
Update DC IT inventory and record any changes
Work with Account Support Manager (ASM) to plan and manage proactive firmware deployment:
planning, scheduling, documentation updates
Support ASM in planning/coordination for monthly review meetings
Follow IT DC policies and procedures strictly
Working Arrangement (Important)
Working hours follow customer hours (example 9am–6pm), 8 hours/day
Public holidays excluded
No replacement if the assigned engineer is on sick leave/annual leave
What You Must Bring
✅ Minimum 2–3 years experience in IT support operations environment
✅ Comfortable with daily monitoring, log checks, incident reporting, and tracking
✅ Strong documentation discipline (inventory + firmware records)
✅ Good communication for advisory and coordination with ASM/support teams
