The Opportunity
You’ll develop and enhance business applications using Oracle ADF and follow structured SDLC practices:
timely coding based on technical designs/specs
full unit + integrated testing
UAT coordination and clean sign-off
documentation discipline
post-implementation review support
This is for a developer who can own delivery — not just “write code and disappear.”
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Participate in project design discussions and translate designs into working builds
Code using prescribed tools within project schedule and SDLC/project standards
Create test plans and test data; complete unit + modular testing
Ensure documentation for changes/enhancements is complete and compliant
Coordinate UAT activities and ensure proper UAT completion + user sign-off
Support project scheduling and post-implementation review activities
What You Must Bring
✅ Degree/Diploma in IT / Computer Science (or equivalent)
✅ 6+ years development experience in Java ADF applications
✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills (detail-oriented)
✅ Good English communication (written + spoken)
✅ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
✅ Insurance industry experience is an advantage
Technical Skills (What We’re Looking For)
Core (Must Have):
Oracle ADF Development (preferably 12g+)
ADF Faces (Taskflows)
ADF Business Components: AM, VO, EO
Add Advantage:
Oracle Database / DB2
PL/SQL / Stored Procedures
Java J2EE / JavaScript / HTML / XML / MQ
