The Opportunity
You’ll own solutions across:
document management
workflow automation
business process improvements
integrations with enterprise systems
Your work will be used by end-users daily — meaning you’ll be valued for solutions that work, not theory.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
System Development: Design, develop, and implement OnBase solutions for document management and workflow automation
Customization & Configuration: Configure document types, keyword fields, forms, workflows, business rules
Integration: Connect OnBase to .NET/CRM/enterprise systems via APIs, web services, data connectors
Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve issues across workflows/integrations; support end users
Documentation: Create and maintain design docs, configuration guides, deployment guides
Collaboration: Work with BAs/PMs/stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver successfully
Testing & QA: Unit/system/integration testing for reliability, performance, quality
Upgrades & Maintenance: Support patches/upgrades, testing, and deployment
Agile Delivery: Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Bonus: Web app knowledge in .NET MVC/.NET Core/REST APIs.
What You Must Bring
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/Software Engineering (or related)
✅ Strong OnBase experience: configuration, custom scripting, integration development
✅ Programming skills: C#, VB.NET, SQL (Java acceptable)
✅ Web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript + relational DBs
✅ Workflow automation with OnBase tools (e.g., Unity Forms, Workflow Designer, Workflow Actions)
✅ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
✅ Strong communication (stakeholders + documentation + user support)
✅ Detail-oriented, quality-focused, team player
Certifications (Nice to Have)
✅ OCASA / OCWA (or related OnBase certifications)
