The Opportunity
This role needs a Scrum Master who can:
keep the team moving,
protect focus,
and deliver outcomes on schedule — without drama.
Bonus: you’ve worked around Talend / data / integration teams (or you learn fast).
What You’ll Be Doing
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retros
Coach team + stakeholders on Agile/Scrum best practices
Track and communicate velocity, sprint progress, release progress
Work with Product Owners to maintain a clean, prioritized backlog
Identify and remove blockers fast — technical, process, or people
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Support Waterfall where appropriate; manage hybrid delivery models
Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope
Build a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
What You Must Bring
3–6 years experience as a Scrum Master
Strong hands-on with Scrum + Kanban
Exposure to Waterfall project management
Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring skills
Excellent communication + stakeholder management
Tools: JIRA, Confluence (or equivalent)
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) is a plus
Preferred (Helps You Win Faster)
Experience in Agile + Waterfall hybrid environments
Familiar with SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks
Technical background / experience with software development teams
