assess issues correctly,
speak the vendor’s language,
and prevent time-wasting back-and-forth.
This role is perfect for someone who’s strong in troubleshooting, data checks, reporting, and stakeholder/vendor handling.
What You’ll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)
Provide application support: investigate issues and identify root causes
Coordinate with vendors: explain issues clearly, follow up, and drive resolution
Set up and send ad hoc reports, queries, and data extracts
Handle incidents/problems that don’t require coding (coding handled by a separate dev team)
Communicate accurately with internal teams and vendors to keep systems stable
