We are looking for a QA Tester with strong manual testing skills and hands-on performance testing experience using JMeter. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of ensuring application quality, stability, and performance across environments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on business and technical requirements
Perform functional, regression, system, and UAT testing
Conduct performance testing using JMeter (load, stress, endurance testing)
Analyze performance results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations
Log, track, retest, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
Prepare test plans, test reports, and test documentation
Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear QA status updates
🧠 Requirements
3+ years of experience in Manual Testing
Hands-on experience with Performance Testing using JMeter (mandatory)
Strong understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologies
Experience testing web and/or mobile applications
Familiarity with API testing is an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
