We are looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about transforming raw data into meaningful business insights. This role supports the Analytics team by delivering reports, dashboards, and insights that improve operational performance and drive informed decision-making.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Data Collection & Cleaning
Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
🔹 Data Analysis
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Support business decisions through data-driven findings
🔹 Reporting & Dashboards
Assist in building reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
Communicate KPIs and performance metrics to stakeholders
🔹 Business Insights
Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements
Translate data findings into practical, business-ready insights
🔹 Data Modeling & Statistics
Support data modeling and statistical analysis
Identify trends, correlations, and forecasting patterns
🔹 Project & Ad-hoc Support
Assist analytics initiatives related to process improvement, product, or marketing analysis
Perform ad-hoc analysis requested by senior leadership
🔹 Documentation
Maintain clear documentation on data sources, methodologies, and analysis results
🧠 Requirements
🎓 Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis / BI / Data Science or similar roles
🛠️ Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
Proficiency in SQL (preferred)
Familiarity with Excel, Python, R, or statistical tools
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling
High attention to detail and data quality
Ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
Strong communication and teamwork skills
