This role needs someone who can blueprint the solution and guide teams to implement it correctly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions (including integrations) aligned with best practices
Gather requirements with clients and translate them into technical designs/blueprints
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Configure ServiceNow modules and workflows aligned to business processes
Implement new ServiceNow functionality and guide execution
Review existing ServiceNow implementations and recommend improvements
Ensure security, scalability, maintainability, and platform governance
Must-Have Experience (What Gets You Shortlisted)
✅ ServiceNow overall: 8+ years
✅ ServiceNow Developer depth: 5+ years
✅ Architecture experience: 2+ years
✅ Designing enterprise-grade architecture: 6–9 years
✅ 3rd-party integrations: 4–5+ years
✅ ITSM domain & process design: 5+ years
✅ SDLC, requirement analysis, solution blueprinting: 5+ years
✅ Security, scalability, platform governance: 3+ years
✅ Programming & scripting:
JavaScript
ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Glide APIs)
HTML/CSS for UI customization/portals (3+ years)
