This is for hands-on RSA Archer developers who design, build, customize, deploy, and troubleshoot complex Archer solutions end-to-end.

🎯 YOUR ROLE
You will own the full SDLC of Archer IRM/GRC solutions — from requirements and configuration through deployment and production support.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders, convert user stories into working solutions, and deliver stable, scalable Archer applications.
🚀 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-end configuration & development of Archer eGRC applications
Manage layouts, access controls, workflows, notifications & packaging
Develop Advanced Workflows, questionnaires, and custom applications
Create & deploy packages across DEV / TEST / PROD environments
Work with JIRA / Rally to manage user stories and backlogs
Understand BAU & enhancement requirements from user stories
Build and maintain Data Feeds, APIs, DDEs, Notifications
Prepare detailed technical documentation (HLD, LLD, use cases, ops manuals)
Troubleshoot and support production issues when required
Partner with stakeholders to design solutions that meet business needs
🔥 ESSENTIAL SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
✔ 5–10 years hands-on experience as an RSA Archer Developer
✔ Deep knowledge of Archer core components:
Roles / Groups / Record Permissions
Forms, Sub-forms, Questionnaires
Fields, Layouts, Calculated Fields
Data Driven Events (DDEs)
Advanced Workflow
Data Feeds, APIs, Data Imports
Notifications, Mail Merge
Dashboards, Reports, Value Lists
✔ Experience developing ODAs & custom Archer solutions
✔ Ability to advise on Archer platform architecture & best practices

RSA Archer Certifications
