🎯 YOUR ROLE

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable SharePoint solutions that directly improve collaboration and business processes.

This is a hands-on leadership role — you code, review, guide, and decide.

🚀 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead design, customization, and implementation of SharePoint solutions

• Translate business requirements into technical architectures

• Build custom components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, SPFx

• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate)

• Provide technical leadership & mentorship to junior developers

• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

• Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide expert-level support

• Document architectures, specifications, and standards

• Stay current with SharePoint and Microsoft ecosystem advancements

✔ Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint 2016 & SharePoint Online
