This is for hands-on backend engineers who design, build, test, and ship production code — fast.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER

• Design and develop scalable backend services

• Write clean, efficient, production-grade Java code

• Analyze requirements and convert them into working solutions

• Work inside an Agile / Scrum team delivering real business outcomes

• Participate in planning sessions and provide accurate effort estimates

• Design and refactor function-centric backend architecture

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs (JSON-based)

• Write unit and integration tests and automation tools

• Ensure performance, security, and code quality

• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix functional & performance issues

• Maintain documentation and coding standards

• Guide junior developers when required

✔ Strong experience with Java / J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate
✔ Solid knowledge of JavaScript and at least one JS framework
✔ Hands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
✔ Experience building REST APIs & JSON integrations
✔ Understanding of MVC / MVP / MVVM architectures & CI/CD pipelines
